Cake tools

One of those days today. J got to the airport to find a load of Extinct Rebellion protestors there. She got on her plane only to be held while they tried to get a protestor off the top of the next door plane. She then landed at Edinburgh to be held on the plane due to a fire alarm going off in the concourse. I collected Kilda and got stuck in traffic on the bypass going to sniff training due to a broken down tractor, so we were 20 minutes late. We arrived and Kilda went straight into a vehicle search. She managed to find one sent but not the other, which considering we had just walked through the door was very good. She was then a bit hyper for the rest of the class and didn’t concentrate. We are going to sign up for the next session and the trial at the end of December, I think. Came home and made Swiss meringue buttercream for the first time to cover the cake. Another busy late night.
