The Reaper

This restored Sailing herring drifter was in Anstruther harbour when we took our Australian visitors to some of the East Neuk fishing villages on a lovely sunny if somewhat chilly ( at least for them) afternoon.

We then called in to St Monans and had a walk along the pier where Mike spied a photographer up on the harbour wall with his tripod set up - being inquisitive he climbed up to speak to him. ( extra). He had plans to photograph the sunset and waves breaking over the outer harbour wall but we reckoned that was about an hour and a half away which probably explains why he was happy to chat to Mike.!
