Sore Back

The last time we worked at yesterday's site was April 2017. I clearly recall the following day having a sore then really sore lower back.

I had a meeting at a Fort William office today, had a lot of stuff to sign and was sitting, leaning forward  in a low very soft sofa. When the meeting concluded (two and a quarter hours) I stood up and my back got really sore. I had to walk back and fore on the pavement to loosen up before getting in the car. Once home, did the exercises but I think it is too late.
