Our own crop!

Someone asked me recently if I grow vegetables in our large garden. I confidently said I do not, but I had forgotten about the potatoes in the compost heap. Dick harvested these today.

To be honest, we have not been impressed with their flavour, or lack of any, but they are fine looking tatties.

I’m back to sorting out things after the house upheaval of earlier in the year. Sorting makes more chaos for a while.

I had a trip to the tip and to Aldi. I know how to have a good time!

In other news I am being called because a cat has been sick. My life is full of excitement........!
