Winter trees

A day of catching up with things that needed to be done in the house but I also managed to make some leek and potato soup from my home grown leeks.  

Visited a friend this afternoon and took this canal shot as I walked home. Wore my Beanie for the first time as it was colder today and I have yet to blip that. Started my next project which is a beanie for my husband made out of the softest 100% Merino wool. That will be for his Christmas stocking.
