Volunteering

Today Katie spent her day (and I spent mine...) helping steward a workshop day for county string players together with musicians from the BBC symphony orchestra. It was as part of a local professional chamber music festival I am part of the team for. She was fabulously helpful, spending the day running round fixing music stands, arranging performance venues, sorting parts.... it was good to see her happily giving up her time to help others enjoy music making
