Oh not until the next time

Busy day at work. Bit heavy to be honest. And then I came home to this - a postcard from my gym checking in on why I haven't been in ages. Seriously? I haven't been to the gym in, ok...3 and a half weeks but it's been the Christmas holidays and I've been in Gran Canaria! Back off gym people - I know I need to get off my backside but I will go when I'm ready! No need for pesky postcards! Grr!
