Ma’s birthday! We were up early to finish the wallpapering, some tricky bits around the window but we got it done!

For lunch Selena drove us out to Moss End. The plan was cake but we ended up having sandwiches and chips instead. While we were there we picked up some samples of new flooring, spent ages in the antique centre and made friends with all the fish.

In the afternoon we painted the dining chairs and the table top, then made some dinner and had birthday cake with presents.
