I often remember my dad and I don't particularly feel I need to think 'extra hard' and the anniversary of his death. However, I took Mum and Aunty Kathleen up to the family tree in the village graveyard to put flowers down. We all then when for Brunch at the Assembly in Rickerby Park. Pancakes and fresh berries were the order of the day. We chatted about past and funny times we'd shared with dad.
