Backblips to come, it's been a busy week, love you all.

First kayak paddle of the year today. It was grey and the water temperature about 40F but the air was warm in the low 70's.

Fisher-persons dressed in t-shirts and jeans (and not wearing life vests) swarmed the lake in overladen skiffs and prams, tempting fate as they cast their bait upon the still and icy water.

Upon returning home E, L, and A had painted Bob's truck. It has to get through a yearly safety inspection next week so I asked them to scrub the paint from the windows and lights.
