Chatham Islands for-get-me-not

Today we headed out to the North west in our repaired bus. We were joined by a video crew from Stuff and the Dominion who are on the islands to interview women living here. The hotel owner and our bus driver was interviewed over the day. We went to Wharekauri to view the volcanic rock. The Chatam Islands For-get-me-knots are recovering from Cyclone Pam and spreading back along the foreshore.
Also saw fairy penguin and black tailed godwits but photo on SLR and traveling light.
