A New Year
I'm back blipping this because it's taken me awhile to decide what to write (it's now 9/1/13 although the photograph was taken on New Years Day), I wanted to do a kind of honest round-up of my year but not sound too negative, which has taken a bit of thought! 2012 wasn't a great year for me, my health was worse than ever and the past 6 months in particular have been very hard indeed. However I find I don't really want to talk about it.
And it wasn't all bad, I appreciated more than ever what great friends I have, thankyou in particular to marvellous MsMaggie, MrsD and MsPixieInk for managing to get me out of my wee hole for coffees, chats, giggles and lovely days out! It made a huge difference during difficult times and I'd probably turn into a very grumpy hermit without you all. And thanks too to my lovely mum who fielded incoherent phone calls at the worst times and was always ready to listen. I should have gone home more and not tried to cope with it on my own so much, I will this year.
So instead of dwelling on all the horrible from this past year here are all the good things that happened, in blipform :)

I'm afraid I didn't take any particularly great photographs this year and 9 months on I still haven't learned how to use my dslr. Project for the months to come maybe. This is possibly the only one that I would consider to be quite good -
Snap
I did take lots I liked with my Polaroid on Impossible Film though and theres definitely something about them that has suited my melancholy mood recently, plus I just love anything retro. I might have to do another blip dedicated to them. Here's a couple of my favourites -
