Bruised knuckles and cow pats

Bruised knuckles from spinning steel wool; cow pats from floundering around in the pitch black on Cam Peak.

Top evening though. Shot a few steel wool shots before gazing at the moony bits of Jupiter and the Crab Nebula - both through a rather swanky telescope. Stunning sky. Lack of light pollution another advantage of living in the countryside.

You can't nip to Dursley without a quick tipple in the Old Spot though, let's be honest...
