Be brief, be bright, be gone

James has come home for the weekend.  He's full of stories about  his flat mates and his job at Trip Advisor.  Apparently last week he did an 'insights' test - a Myers Briggs type Personality test which reveals his communication style.

In the open plan office each of the employees has this information on his desk (extra) so other employees know the communication style preference when they approach each other.  

Psychology in the workplace.  I love it!

Happily I'm glad to say he is able to moderate this instinct with his mother as I've already asked him to help me out with some very easy-for-him website stuff!
