Flooded

After all the rain we walked down to the river to see the water level. Well! We couldn’t even get over the first bridge. The water was rising over our feet as we stood there! I’ve never seen it so bad. The river had burst its banks and the field was completely under water. The mill, featured in Outlander was flooded.
Our murder mystery went well tonight. The audience enjoyed themselves as did the cast. It wasn’t me! The after show party was as always a good laugh.
