The elusive yellow-lined tailfin

Spotted in the same habitat as the other one ( see Oct13 here).   This species seems to have mutated already, might be a second or fourth cousin?   He appears to be sitting on the bottom waiting for a large wave to pass over, note the angle of the fin.
