Cupping for Christmas
This is Emily our Roast Master preparing 4 different blends for cupping so she and I can decide our blend direction for our annual Christmas Blend. After smelling the aroma of ground beans and then the resulting infusion with hot water, we then slurp our way through all 4 at different temperatures - number 3 was my favorite and much to E’s delight, this was the one she was most pleased with. A couple of little tweaks in the percentages of each coffee and we are close to the final flavour!
