Summerhouse view

After a lovely bright morning, when we walked into town just for the newspapers, oh, and a coffee whilst we were there ;-), it clouded up just as we got home.

Hub managed to get both the front and back lawns cut, maybe for the last time, ut he tthought that last time! I did more leaf clearing, before cooking us a full english, SW style of course ;-) We were more than ready for it too!!

We decided to go and sit in the summerhouse to read the papers, drink our tea and listen to the radio......love a bit of Smooth FM :-)

Todays blip is the view of the garden from my seat.....amazing how much colour there still is. The thumbnail focuses on the pale pink magnolia, which is an autumn flowerer, always welcome as most things have gone over by this time of year.

Just settling down to watch my team on TV, not holding my breathe !!!!!

Dinner this evening will be pan fried haddock, spiced sweet potato wedges, peas, courgettes and tomatoes.......followed by softened figs with a drizzle of honey and yoghurt :-)))

I reckon its either David or Mike for the chop tonight in Strictly :-/
