just a moment to enjoy

Sunday...

.... lunch the traditional way :) Chris made Kleftiko (leg of lamb) the way it was made in his village... lots of taverns still do it that way too :) First you go to collect wood, then you start a fire and take care of it till the oven is hot enough... it takes hours... then you put the meat and vegetables in, close the door, seal it with a kind of cement/mortar and then you leave it like this for 4 hours ... after that you have to remove the cement and take it out... enjoy the smell and then the meal :) Of course, all 7 cats didn’t miss the event ;) Only Volker couldn’t be there as he’s called away by work... There are some extras :)
