Lichen

It's been raining here for most of the last 24 hours. The rain eventually stopped this afternoon, so we escaped into the fresh air.
Having been a very damp autumn (so far....), there are lots of fungi around, and the lichen growing on the trees seems particularly striking, so that's my blip for today.
