Go vs No Go

A day of doubts.
We were so sure we wouldn’t go to Barcelona all day, but...

Halfway the afternoon we doubted again. Hardly any news came from the city all day. Then suddenly we said “let’s go after all” and we even went shopping for some necessary things. All things suddenly looked different.

But then around 19.00 hours the news about new riots came online and all our doubts were back in an instant.

I then saw a Twitter message from our airport transfer that due to safety all stops between the airport and town center were cancelled. That was it. We are NOT going to Spain tonight. Case closed.
No leaving at 2 am in the morning to catch our Vueling plane.
We all went to bed around 23.30, all a bit sad.
