Pink Overload

Some days you really struggle, and other days, there's not enough space to show off all the pink things you saw!

The big thing today was G's routine check-up with her oncologist. This was the appointment that was rescheduled two weeks ago when we didn't have the car. We had an easy journey there and back and called in at the Last Exit Dubai Bound for some spiced tea and a snack.

They are allowing established brands now, so it was great to see the little Baskin Robbins truck (my extra). The pink beetle had to be my main picture (please notice the eye-lashes) and it ties in nicely with my blip of last Wednesday.

There were a couple more detours before we eventually got home - close to 7 pm! That's late for a 2 pm appointment, but then G was kept waiting over ninety minutes before she was called in!

I got a number of admin-y things sorted in the evening - mainly paying bills! :(

The other big thing to note for today is the countdown to EXPO 2020 has officially begun... one year left to it's commencing. A number of celebratory events were planned, the most noteworthy of which was a free Mariah Carey concert. I didn't hear about it until it was too late and didn't secure tickets. We caught some of it on TV, but not her concert.
