final few apples

WE gathered the final few apples left on one of the trees.  Decided to use these to make some marmalade.  Cooked the apples Saturday and put them through the jelly bag. Prepared limes and lemons and then made the marmalade.  G had to try some and gave his approval - yet another five jars for him to through along with all the other jams in the garage.  Good job they keep OK.
