Artichokes and Apples

One of the last crops to come off my allotment at the end of the season. The apples are tart and crunchy. The artichokes are a funny thing. Lovely delicate flavour and great for a naturally creamy soup. My spoils have been shared with fellow blipper Gloria before a lovely light lunch today.
