Winter storage

Delivered the convertible`s license plates for winter storage at the Vehicle Office today, as I do every year. They store them until 6 months. If I do not pick them up within then, the plates will be destroyed and I have to register the car again. It costs some money. I do this to save money for insurance which is much lower on my parked car with no license plates on, than the cars we use all the year around. Normally I pick up the plates when the snow, ice and salty roads are gone. If the snow is not gone within 6 months I have to pick up the to secure my saving. It is worth this activity.
