Rain Overflow.........
After yesterdays beautiful day, we got rain. It's the tail end of the clouds from the tropical depression, Nestor. It rained nearly all day. I was able to go out around 4 pm and get this photo. It rained so hard, some of the plants couldn't drain as fast as the rain was coming down. Hence, the plant stands have all sorts if soil, fertilizer, and perlite washing out of the pots.
I did want to point out that on the right, in an orange pot, is the Pomegranate. The flower is holding up really well in the pounding rain. You also can see how small the bloom is, with all of the other pots and plants. It is a true comparison..... The flower is also an orange/reddish spot, that has doubled in size since I posted it.
Now, the sun is out, it's gotten really muggy and wet......
