FENCE

Usual Monday for me.  Fitness Class this afternoon.  Our instructor Emma is on holiday in Spain with her children for half term so today we had Sophie.  It was  a big class  - 20 ladies attended.  Then a bit of shopping in Tesco.  I had a slow walk home enjoying the fine weather.  Finally a day without rain.  It was rather chilly though.

Took my blip shot on the way home.  Behind this fence is The Glebe recreation field.  Mostly used by dog walkers and for Sunday morning football matches.  Its my entry for Mono Monday - the theme is LINES.  Thanks to chantler63 for hosting.

This evening I was back down to the village for Slimming Club.  I'm pleased to report that I lost 2½  pounds, got back into my target range .... and won Slimmer Of The Week.  YAY.  Its been a struggle to get back in to target and I'm so relieved I have finally got there.
