Detour

One of the major waterlines in my town runs underneath one of the main roads.  Continual leaks from the water line has forced a road closure that nobody wants.
     This detour has been going on for three weeks and is expected to continue for at least a few more.  Cars can get backed up but what really slows things down are the 18 wheel semi-tractors trying to make the two right turns on our residential streets.
