A Good Start

The light on the (top half) of the trees and in the sky was too good to resist this morning.
It is just a shame I couldn't get it to come out of the camera the same way.

The soil in the garden is really, really heavy at the moment - we have a clay soil and all we seem to have grown this year is weeds.
But I attacked a bit of it with the new electric tiller I bought yesterday.
WOW!
What took me about a week last time took me less than an hour - and left the soil completely 'clump' free ......... wonderful.

It was the camera club's Christmas night out - in the pub.
It was good - although it was pointed out that the old club had 3 images in the competition on Monday which had been in last year ..... which is against the rules. Tut tut!
Not sure what is going to happen about that
