A Marvelous Visit to Provisende, Arouca, Portugal

We visited this charming village today and had an exquisite lunch at Casa Tipica Papas Zaide. This tiny restaurant has a small table downstairs and we reserved the upstairs where we managed to fit in the eleven of us. The tow marvelous women who cooked and served us brought platters of fish, pork, rice, potatoes, salad and house wine. We finished with an amazing chocolate cake and tipica.
