League Night

Played in our ten pin bowling league tonight after missing last match through work.

We did the business winner both games and the match comfortably 6-0.

I was happy with my contribution of a 148 and a 199 giving me a series of 347.

WFH today and walked L to school. Also popped out for my Tuesday metabolic fit class at lunchtime.
