I met with two friends with whom I get together once a month. Diana’s husband has just been diagnosed with ALS and has been given less than a year. Karen’s B-I-L fell badly while his wife was across the country and is hospitalized. He’s a double transplant recipient and has refused a pacemaker implant. He’s 68 years old.

So much good news when you live amongst the aged.
