AN UNUSUAL SIGHT

Two helicopters coming in together to pick up patients. Looking at them the one on the left was an Otago helicopter, the other a Westpac that was only brought into service yesterday, so an Ambo told me. The westpak brought in a patient and then took off with another patient, and presume went to Christchurch. The Otago one was on the ground for about 40 minutes and then loaded up and I presume went to Dunedin. We are lucky to have these machines doing the work they do.
