A Colourful Character

Babysitting day again - well at least for part of it.

Set off early again (7 a.m.) but today I took Finlay with me as he will be staying with our daughter for a couple of nights. Mrs madwill is giving a talk this evening and running a workshop tomorrow for a quilt group in Scarborough. We will be staying overnight nearby.

After the school run I took the dogs out for their walk (in shifts as usual). Played with Emily for a bit and also managed to set up this colourful ornament that our daughter painted at a clay workshop. Put it against a black background (my coat) and lit with my LED panel to really bring out the colours.

Will be leaving at lunchtime to head home and the studio to pack up kit for tonight and tomorrow. Hopefully daughter will have woken up a bit after her night shift! Travelling across to the coast later. Blipping early again in case I don’t get a chance later!
