the colour purple

Today i decided to walk around the town for one hour ... i will go in a different direction each day... a: to try to get fitter and b: to broaden my view of the town that i live in
Having said that i walked in a direction that led me to the industrial estate.. not much happening there - did snap the B & Q Sign which was bright orange but not much else.

Have had these tulips for a few days and they are starting to open out fully before they embrace the space around them and do their dying swan act so i decided to immortalise them. They are one of my favorite flowers - i love spring flowers.. they are full of hope and the promise of sunshine and warmth. Thanks to you all for the comments on my daisy blip. hope your weekend went well.
