Flatbread
Two days in the making, can’t class this sourdough loaf as much of a success. It came out of the oven half as high as when it went in! I was worried that the starter had lost some oomph and I was right. Could be time to use Keibr’s tip and try to revitalise it with a dash of apple juice.
Happily, I’m sure the loaf will taste fine despite it being vertically challenged.
