Wednesday: Yellow Leaves

Oh boy, it was a struggle to get up this morning.  What I neglected to mention was that the karaoke didn’t finish until 0130 in the morning, which is way too late on a work night.  I suspect there will have been some sore heads this morning.

A second day of training.  It’s been a great course and I am now a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

And flight back to Vancouver this evening.  I’m now home again with K and Barney.

The colours in Ottawa are just lovely at this time of year.
