Winners!as
Mum and I were lunching at EH15 today, one of Edinburgh College's training restaurants. Fortuitously our 2 students who were competing in an international chef competition in Grand Rapids last week were there for a photocall. As you can see they came home replete with medals and trophies, overall runners up and winners of the national dish as well as gold, silver and bronze medals for other elements of the competition. Their lecturer was very proud of them. They both want to go into high end catering and hospitality so watch out, stars in the making
Earlier I'd swum, later #3 son is coming, for steak. You wait ages for a slap up meal to come round and two come on the same day.
