Is there anything there?

I’m having lunch with a friend today but first I set off for a 4th look for a cache that is eluding me. No luck again.
But I can’t help feeling that I probably took a photograph of it and simply didn’t recognise it. So if you see anything hidden in this pic do let me know. It is about the size of my pinkie so is not obvious...
