3 of a kind

I had a good busy day at work today, a lot of small jobs but enough to have me running all over the place. A real interesting water leak I am chasing at the moment and after testing for Chlorine I got a result of 0.00ppm  which could mean two things it is either ground water, but the continuous flow indicates otherwise, or the water is traveling through cable trenches and the dirt in the ground is dissolving the Chlorine.
