Keeping Up With The Joneses

I showed you a photo a couple of weeks back of our driveway being redone. Well, our neighbours are doing the same to match up with ours. It's great because the two together should look smart. Today they have had the base concrete laid as the penultimate step to completion.

With lights along both drives it's going to confuse the planes coming in to City airport.

It has been a long haul because the final surface has to be laid when everything is completely dry. It has rained almost every day for the last three weeks so we haven't been able to enjoy the final completed version yet. Perhaps next week when there is a two day window without rain.
