Snow on the tops

Mike took me to the Puffin Pool this morning and we could see that the mountains had a pretty good covering of snow so I was hoping it would still be there when I came out and the sun was up.
We went to Ferry Point and I went for a wander.It was cold with a chilly , north wind and the mountains were looking good with the Autumn trees in the foreground.
We picked David up as he’s coming to stay for the weekend.We all had breakfast at the garden centre, yummy.
A drive back through Strathpeffer and a walk at Loch Kinellan.Lovely light and a few ducks including Wigeon and tufted ducks.
A relaxing afternoon catching up watching Neighbours together :)
