... Italian bubbles at the 'new dude on the block' winery  Tonon Winery, the only grower and maker of Prosecco  in the valley.
Seven Sticks is the Prosecco's  name and these seven sticks of Prosecco grapes came from north of Venice and are now here and thriving in the West.
This little valley in the hills is a special place...shhhh!
