Preparation

Okay, it's a food shot because if you think I'm going outside in this weather you are bonkers. This is the rice cooked ready for kedgeree, I've done the egg too so I just need to cook the fish and bring it all together.

Rather a good day for sports though - England beating the All Blacks and I barely had time for a warm down before City played, and beat, Aston Villa. I wasn't sure that my knees would hold out but I made it through.
