Autumn Coloured Pheasant

Still coughing and aching but I had to take poor Ollie dog for a walk. It was pouring with rain so we headed for Longlands hide. I found that concentrating on getting shots of the tweety birds took my mind off my ills. Pheasants were gleaning below us underneath the feeders and I got the above shot through the bushes. I like that their plumage matches the autumn leaves. 

It eventually stopped raining for a short while so Ollie got her walk.
