The Angel of the North

We travelled to Hexham for some urban Orienteering. Driving through torrential rain made us wonder about our sanity. However it was dry on our arrival. 

A detour on the way home as neither of us had ever visited the Angel. Despite the grey damp weather plenty were visiting. Best of all there was hot coffee being served in the car park.

We fortunately recorded the rugby...what a match and a fantastic performance from England. Thoughts turn to local lad Tom Francis who plays prop for Wales.
