It’s our wedding anniversary today and Kathy cooked dinner for us and Holly, John, Tom and Jim too. Salmon fillets and pea and wild rocket risotto. John made some scones and we had a big chocolate cake as well (Tom and Jim ate most of this). Raining almost all day again. I like this fun picture of Kathy enjoying a glass of Prosecco whilst she cooks her risotto.
