lots of stuff going on today...peggy went off to the gaitherin in the morning, she was pretty nervous but was fine. texting me quite a lot until she found her feet and some pals. I went for a run after work and ended up getting a 10k pb of 54.16, very chuffed! that’s a big jump for me. beefy had done 5 miles when I got home too. betty was home tonight for tea...and to see her boy. here she is loving him just a bit too much for his liking, poor dougie!
