How Fast

Today was my first bike ride in maybe 2 months, due to extremely hot temps and then being away for a month. Laziness might figure in there, as well.

I rode past this meter that registers speed, took out my phone and photographed it while riding by. Of course, the phone camera did not capture the speed . I can tell that a big red ‘35’ appeared, or was it “12”?
