Enjoying lunch
A very wet morning which was not a problem as we sat and watched the Rugby. An ok game, more thrilling towards the end but not as exciting as yesterday’s .Wales almost did it but South Africa are now through to the final against England on Saturday.
We needed some eggs so drove to the Egg Box and then to wash the car at Jemimaville. The tide was out and there were lots of people at the Udale Bay hide so decided not to stop.
The sun came out on our way back so we went down to the Point for a walk. This hungry blackbird was in the little garden on the way round to the lighthouse. It was really enjoying the rosehips :)
We saw two small porpoise swimming around in the current, plus a seal and I watched a gull catch a crab for it’s tea.
The temperature is dropping again tonight .
Crofters in Rosemarkie is open under new management, looking forward to going along sometime soon :)
